This Photo: During this eight second exposure, I zoomed in with the lens very slower to create this effect in camera. It's pretty much This Shot of the Portland Skyline.
This Shoot: Another shoot of downtown Portland at night when the Willamette River was calm. Contrast the black sky of these night photos with the blue sky of those shot at dusk and daybreak.
