This Photo: This photo was taken at the absolute top of Council Crest, the highest point you can stand in Portland without climbing a tree or a water tower. Notice the two photographers (besides myself) shooting the mountains. It's a popular place to take pictures on a nice day.
This Shoot: Council Crest, the highest point in Portland and once an amusement park (now a regular park), offers great views down on the city of Portland. These shots were taken at dusk.
